At Autumn Rose Studio, we take pride in creating quality 3D-printed products.

Because many of our items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review your request and work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
